Baxton★Motel is a members-only living community. It consist of 18 rooms, 14 of which are fully furnished adult furniture. Use these rooms to host other members, to get dress, to stay in between renting. Never be homeless again!

Members benefits include:

To access the motel, you must:
★ Be a member of Baxton Estates- Motel group ($100L Join Fee)

Paying the group membership fee will gain you 1 year access to the
motel anytime. Guest must be group members to access
the motel.

RESPECT OTHER MEMBERS AND THEIR PRIVACY, VIOLATORS WILL BE BANNED AND DISMISSED FROM THE GROUP WITH NO REFUND. IF A ROOM IS OCCUPIED, FIND AN EMPTY ROOM.

Existing Tenants Request Form

If you are the MAIN tenant of a rental property with Baxton Estates use the below form to request a group tag to the Baxton★Motel. Access to the Motel will be good for 1 year. A group tag will be sent to you within 24 hours!

NOTE: Guests, Partners, or Alts will not be invited. They can use the group terminal at the motel to pay for a group tag.
